All of our jams and jellies are handmade in small batches to ensure freshness and quality. Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@marilynandmejamsandjelly.com with your order number and photos. We’ll work with you to make it right.
